Owner & Head Fitness Coach

Jason founded Body Balance in 1998 and has spent nearly two decades coaching. His functional assessment looks at joint and thoracic-spine mobility, flexibility, and how you actually move — then builds strength on a foundation that lasts. He also leads our medical weight-loss and peptide program.

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Silvana came to Boulder in 2000 and began as a massage therapist. She's certified Level 1 & 2 in the Rossiter Pain Relief System and a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor — specializing in myofascial release, pain relief, therapeutic yoga, and golf performance.
