Strength Integration for Young Women

Silvana Busch and Allyson Friday coach the girls through strength training, yoga, breath work, meditation and mindfulness — plus confidence-building that carries well beyond the gym. Limited to 12 girls so every athlete gets real attention.

Strength Integration for High School Men

Coach Steve Stone guides young men on how to carry themselves in the gym — safe lifting technique, proper progression, and being accountable to others. Space is limited; sign up early.
