Good questions
Frequently asked questions
Everything you might want to know before your first visit. Don't see your question? Call us — we'll answer it straight.
Is personal training really one-on-one?
Yes. Every session is genuinely one-on-one — you spend the whole time with your coach or therapist, never a machine or an assistant. That's how we catch the small things and keep you safe while you get stronger.
I have an injury or chronic pain — can you help?
Yes. We've delivered hundreds of thousands of sessions and have experience with a wide range of dysfunctional movement patterns and injuries. We find the root cause first, then build a plan to relieve the pain and keep it from coming back. If you have questions before your first visit, just reach out.
What is myofascial release?
Myofascial release is a gentle, hands-on technique that releases tension in the fascia — the connective tissue around your muscles — to relieve pain and restore range of motion. We also use the Rossiter Method, massage, scraping, cupping, Kinesio taping, and cold therapy depending on what your body needs.
I'm a beginner and not very athletic — is this place for me?
Absolutely. One of the things clients love most is that you'll see people of all ages and all abilities training here. First-timers and pro athletes feel equally at home, and every program starts at your level.
What is the 6-step process?
It's the framework behind every session: (1) tissue quality, (2) mobility, (3) dynamic warm-up, (4) the workout, (5) core work, and (6) regeneration. It makes each session well-rounded, safe, and effective — and it runs through both one-on-one training and group classes.
How much is the medical weight loss program?
Our flagship program is $1,200 for 12 weeks. That includes GLP-1 medication if you qualify, a custom strength-training program, a custom nutrition program, and direct access to owner Jason Busch. Other services are quoted based on your goals — just ask.
What are your hours and where are you located?
We're open 24 hours at 4735 Walnut St, Suite E, in East Boulder (47th & Walnut), with easy parking. Therapeutic yoga meets Mondays from 10:00–11:30 AM.
Do you offer group classes and teen classes?
Yes. We run boot-camp-style group fitness classes built on our 6-step process, plus therapeutic yoga on Mondays. We also offer teen strength classes for ages 13–17 — separate young women's and high-school men's groups.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Without 24 hours' notice, you may be charged for that session.
How do I get started?
Send us a message or give us a call. We'll start with a quick conversation and a movement assessment, then build the right plan for your goals — whether that's getting stronger, getting out of pain, or both.
