Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Silvana came to Boulder in 2000 and began as a massage therapist. She's certified Level 1 & 2 in the Rossiter Pain Relief System and a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor — specializing in myofascial release, pain relief, therapeutic yoga, and golf performance.

A lifelong multi-sport athlete and USMC veteran, Coach Stone has worked with U.S. Olympic wrestlers and pro UFC athletes and led a high-school wrestling program to a district championship. He focuses on youth and high-school athletics, injury prevention, mobility, and recovery — and leads our teen men's class.
